Summary
If time is short and you would like to explore some of Nepal’s great MTB trails and also experience some great white water rafting, then this 2-day itinerary is perfect for you.

Trip Description
Pedalling 65km around the enchanting Pokhara valley, camping under the stars and rafting back to where we started – all in 48 hours. Ride ‘n’ Raft is designed for people with an abundance of adventure, but who are short on time.

In 2 full days, we climb, traverse and descend 3 ridges on the southern fringes of the Annapurna Himal. The ridges offers outstanding views of the Annapurnas from 3 very different perspectives. We pass through rural villages on fantastic single track, descend through rhododendron forest into lush river valleys, and camp at one of the finest sites in the entire Pokhara valley.

Not only do we ride some of Pokhara’s finest trails, we also visit the World Peace Pagoda perched dramatically above Phewa Tal (Lake Fewa), and the Himalayan Raptor Rescue Centre at Maya Devi. If you Ride ‘n’ Raft, you will eat, sleep and travel in style, see the Pokhara valley and entire Annapurna range, and enjoy two fantastic activities rolled up into a neat 48 hour package.

Day 1 Temples, Lakes & Trails – MTB to World Peace Pagoda, Maya Devi Village, Sarankot viewpoint and Naudanda (45km).
